Free Will

I want to talk just a moment about ill-health. It is very, very important my friends to remember that you do not have a cold. You do not have a lung infection. It came to visit your body, not who you are. Learning to separate yourself from the appearance of illness is one the three steps towards a total healing. So let's say you come down with what they say "the flu". Saying to "the flu": "I know you've come to visit my body but you may not have who I am" actually adds a healing energy. Once again here's Free Will in motion. Not succumbing to - but telling the illness how it's going to be. Okay? So Free Will, I think Alfred, is probably...if not the biggest, one of the biggest Laws of the Universe.
