Greenpeace Índia

Hi Rose,

Read on to know how awesome you are. Your demand for clean tea is starting to show some big results. I say that because I can see how it’s starting to move the tea companies, one by one.

It all began with Unilever and Girnar promising to clean our tea. Now, the Tea Board of India has invited Greenpeace and the remaining tea companies for a meeting next week. Clearly, change is inevitable. But we need to get more people to join us and make our collective voice even stronger before this meeting happens.

Believe me, this meeting could not only decide the fate of Indian tea but also Indian agriculture. This is our moment to get our demands heard loud and clear: no more pesticides in our tea! No more excuses and no more hiding behind regulations.

Rose, we’ve come this far all because of you. But we still need you so that when our campaigners walk into that meeting room next week, they know that they are not alone in this. They know that they are supported by thousands like you.

We can do this. I just know we can.
