A Cidade Maravilhosa foi escolhida depois do sucesso da meditação coletiva organizada em junho deste ano, no Parque Garota de Ipanema, quando três mil pessoas se uniram para meditar e ouvir o líder humanitário falar sobre a importância e a praticidade de dedicar poucos minutos da rotina diária para a meditação. “Essa prática tão simples é suficiente para realizar a maior revolução de consciência já vista no planeta”, afirma Prem Baba. O líder viaja o mundo para conversar com as pessoas sobre a importância do cultivo do silêncio no cotidiano como forma de criar uma cultura de paz e prosperidade na sociedade baseado em seis valores essenciais: honestidade, autorresponsabilidade, gentileza, dedicação, serviço e beleza. Prem Baba é queridíssimo dos artistas e, nas vezes que visitou a cidade, o ator Márcio Garcia o recebeu e fez eventos em sua casa, em São Conrado.
